All three sit inside the range Google Play accepts. Choose one and export the whole set at it; mixing sizes makes the listing strip uneven.

What Google Play accepts
JPEG or 24-bit PNG with no alpha channel. Each side between 320 and 3,840 pixels, and the long side no more than twice the short side. Two to eight screenshots per form factor. Any of the three sizes above passes on all counts.
Frames on Play
Google does not require a device frame, and many top listings skip one. The editor offers a clean generic frame with no brand on it, or no frame at all with the screenshot filling the canvas. If your app is also on the App Store, the Apple frames are there too, but a Play listing reads better without them.
The feature graphic
Play also asks for a 1024 × 500 feature graphic for the top of the listing. The editor does not make that one; the Google Play guide on the blog covers its size, safe area and what to put in it.
Questions
What size should Google Play screenshots be?
Any size with each side between 320 and 3,840 pixels and the long side at most twice the short side. In practice, 1080 × 2400 matches most current Android phones, 1440 × 3120 is the sharpest, and 1080 × 1920 is the classic 16:9.
Do Play screenshots need a phone frame?
No. A frame is optional on Google Play, and the listing often looks cleaner without one. Use the generic frame if you want a device outline without a brand, or turn the frame off and let the screenshot fill the canvas.
Can I make the feature graphic here?
Not yet. The 1024 × 500 feature graphic is a different kind of asset, closer to a banner than a screenshot. The blog guide explains its rules; the screenshots themselves you can make here.
Is it really free, or free to start?
Free. Every device frame, canvas size and export is included, exports are unlimited, and nothing carries a watermark. You do not need an account to download your work. There is an optional way to support the app, and it unlocks nothing extra.
